The cost depends on the boiler model, complexity of installation and whether any additional work is needed. As a guide: a straightforward combi-to-combi replacement starts from £2,095, a typical mid-range combi installation is £2,495–£3,095, and a premium installation is £3,095–£3,795+. Converting from a conventional system to a combi starts from £2,995, and a system or regular boiler replacement starts from £2,595. We always provide a fixed, written quote before starting work.
Most like-for-like combi boiler replacements are completed in a single day. Larger system boilers or full central heating installations may take 2–3 days. We'll give you a clear timeframe at the survey stage.
